Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, Mary English began recording music when she was 14 years old. She then went on to live in Los Angeles for a year to pursue music and acting before she went off to college to earn degrees in Marketing and Management. While in college, she fronted the band Mary English & Devine Street where they played everything from pop to country to rock throughout South Carolina.

In 2017, she released her “Bright Light” EP featuring “Boy Crazy” that has over 73,000 streams on Spotify. In 2017, she also released her rendition of “Oh Holy Night” and in 2018 she released a Christmas EP titled “At Christmas”. In 2018, she also released two more singles and followed that up in 2019 with three more singles and her final single, “Are You?” in 2020. She will be releasing her next single, “Love Me Tonight”, on October 29.

 

She is currently a graduate student at the University of South Carolina pursuing her masters in Sport and Entertainment Management.
